Los Angeles Rams Close out Pride Month Support with Volunteer Effort at LGBT Center
LOS ANGELES – June 26, 2025 — As Pride Month neared its conclusion, the Los Angeles Rams continued their support for the LGBTQ+ community through a hands-on volunteer effort at the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Pride Pantry. The initiative was a part of a month-long celebration by the team that included appearances at major Pride events and collaborations with other Los Angeles sports organizations.

On Thursday, members of the Rams’ Pride Employee Resource Community (ERC) gathered at the LGBT Center in Hollywood to assist with food preparation and meal service. Volunteers spent the midday hours organizing grocery items and assembling meal kits for distribution to local LGBTQ+ seniors who live on the center’s campus.
The Pride Pantry is a critical resource that helps meet the nutritional needs of LGBTQ+ individuals and families in Los Angeles, particularly seniors, many of whom face food insecurity and social isolation. By partnering with the center, the Rams are offering more than symbolic support—delivering direct aid to members of the community.
The event was open to the media and marked one of the final in-person activations of the team’s Pride Month programming. The Los Angeles LGBT Center has long served as a hub for advocacy, services, and community events in the heart of Hollywood.
Throughout June, the Rams have made multiple appearances to affirm their commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion. Team representatives participated in the LA Pride Parade, walked alongside other NFL personnel, and connected with fans at the Sports Hub at the WeHo Pride Festival. Their interactive booth, dubbed “Ramp’d Up,” featured appearances by mascot Rampage and the Rams Cheerleaders.
Additionally, Rams personnel have taken part in OutLoud Sports’ Pride on the Beach flag football games and will
be attending Dodgers Pride Night later this week. The Rams have also used their social media platforms to feature Rams Cheerleaders who are members of the LGBTQ+ community, showcasing their stories and celebrating their visibility.
In joining other major Los Angeles sports franchises—including the Lakers, Dodgers, LAFC, Kings, Sparks, and Angel City FC—the Rams have embraced a regional, team-wide solidarity in support of Pride Month, reinforcing their message of equality, inclusion, and allyship.
For the Rams, these efforts are an extension of their broader diversity and inclusion work, which is embedded in their community programs year-round. Through internal employee groups like the Pride ERC and strategic partnerships with local organizations, the team continues to create spaces for advocacy and support for LGBTQ+ Angelenos.
Thursday’s volunteer action at the LGBT Center caps off a month of high-profile events with a quieter, but no less meaningful gesture—offering time and care to those in need.
